Tenant Insurance Requirement
As a condition of tenancy, all residents are required to maintain valid tenant insurance for the full duration of their lease. The policy must include: Personal liability coverage; and Protection for personal belongings against loss, theft, or damage. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to occupancy and maintained throughout the lease term. Failure to obtain or sustain tenant insurance constitutes a breach of the lease agreement and may result in lease termination or other remedies as permitted by law.
