Giuseppe Marano - President
Giuseppe Marano is the Managing Principal at Rent in Ottawa Property Management Inc. spent the first half of his working career developing and managing real estate in Ottawa and then entered the Property Management Industry. He has always focused on developing the skills and knowledge required to continue to enhance Rent In Ottawa Property Management Inc. services to best meet the needs of all clients. When not working you will find him and his wife Andrea boating, golfing or camping with family and friends.
Andrea Gil - Real Estate Agent
Andrea Gil has many years experience working in the real estate industry. Her knowledge has proven to be valuable as a licensed real estate professional, along with several years in property management and personal development. She instinctively creates a warm and friendly atmosphere and is dedicated to excellence and quality service. Andrea currently works full time as a licensed Real Estate Agent. As a mother of three Andrea enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Annie has a number of roles ranging from Assistant to the President and to ensure overall operations are being conducted efficiently and effectively.
Jessica Clement - Office Manager & Lease Administrator Jessica is our administrative powerhouse and the first smile you will see when you walk into the office. She handles just about anything our clients and tenants may need, with the direction of our agents, maintenance requests, financial statements, new client inquires, lease processing, and much, much more. With over 19 years of customer service experience you know you are in good hands working with her.
Michelle Gibson - Accounting Manager
As the Accounting Manager, she is responsible for overseeing all the accounting and tax functions of the company. In addition to those responsibilities she has taken the lead in enhancing the financial reporting systems. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, walking and gardening.

Our maintenance division was established to provide quality, reliable, and affordable repairs and maintenance solutions. The team responsible for maintenance-oriented tasks are hardworking, passionate, and highly meticulous. This allows for us to ensure that every need is addressed onsite, lending our premium service quality to the properties we help manage. Our experienced maintenance division can provide service to the interior or exterior of your home or property. No matter how small the job or task, each job is inspected by our quality control leader to ensure your complete satisfaction the first time.
If our in-house staff cannot perform a task, we can recommend a trade to meet your needs. Our goal is to always help you identify and address any issues that may arise so that you and your tenants are happy, comfortable, and satisfied with our services.
