Tenants may use kitchen appliances (stove, oven, Tenant fridge, dishwasher), stove/oven and dishwasher will only be available to tenants during specific agreed hours.

Washing machine and dryer can be used by tenants during specific agreed hours.

Storage space for two large plastic containers or two suitcases in basement or garage if required additional payment of $30 per month.

Fenced backyard shared shared with landlord/other tenants - access to backyard for tenants will be only during specific agreed times.
